Description:
There is nowhere in China quite like Beijing with its awesome Great Wall, enormous Forbidden City and tranquil Summer Palace, and Chengdu that is the habitat of giant pandas. The mysterious Tibet at the altitude of 3,650 meters above the sea level is becoming the focus of the whole world.

Day 1 Beijing

On arrival, CITS guide will hold a welcome sign to meet you. You will be transferred to the Peninsula Beijing ☆☆☆☆☆ for a three-night stay on a room and breakfast basis. The rest of the day is free to relax.

Day 2 Beijing
Morning:
You will take a half-day guided visit to the awesome Great Wall of China. Here you can enjoy the stunning views as you stroll along this seemingly endless piece of history, which winds its way into the far distance.
Afternoon:
Continue to the Ming Tomb, which due to their enormity took over 200 years to complete. And walk along the Sacred Way, which means the road leading to heaven.

Day 3 Beijing to Chengdu
Morning:
Transfer to take the flight to Chengdu, which is the capital city of Sichuan. Sichuan is known as the home of the giant panda, eighty percent of which live in this province.
Afternoon:
Visit the Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Center where is visitors can observe pandas at close range.

Day 4 Chengdu to Lhasa
Morning:
Transfer to take the flight to Lhasa. When you arrive at the airport and meet guide at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Lhasa with 1.5 hours drive.

For the rest of the day you will be at leisure for acclimatization or visit local bazaar on your own.

Day 5 Lhasa
Morning:
Guided sightseeing with the Lhasa's cardinal landmark-Potala Palace. This massive 13-soreyed building used to be the highest building prior to the early period of last century, used to be the former winter abode for the Dalai Lamas. As the nation's supreme relic, the palace dates back to 7th century A.D.
Afternoon:
Visit of Sera Monastery, which was founded in 1419 by Sakya Yeshe, a disciple of Tsongkhapa. The “Buddhism Scriptures Debating” in Sera is very famous.

Day 6 Lhasa
Morning:
Guided sightseeing of the most revered religious structure in Jokhang Temple. Jokhang, the most sacred temple in Tibet, refers to “Buddha's House” in Tibetan language because the main statue enshrined which said to be made by Buddha Sakyamuni himself in his lifetime. The surrounding market is called Barkhor, one of the most important religious paths, which also assembles people for shopping.
Afternoon:
Visit of Norbulingkha, the summer palace of the Dalailama. Continued Drepung Monastery is the largest monastery in Tibet and lies in the west of Lhasa.

Day 7 Lhasa to Chengdu to Beijing
Morning:
Transfer to airport for the flight back to Beijing.
Afternoon:

Note:
All kinds of people can get Tibet travel permit through a travel agency except diplomats, journalists, and senior government officials who should travel to Tibet under the arrangement by the Foreign Affairs Office of Tibet Government.
To get the Tibet travel permit you need hold a valid passport with valid Chinese visa and should submit the following information by fax at least 20 days prior to arrival in Tibet: Full name, Gender, Date of birth, Passport number, Nationality and Occupation.
There is extra cost of the accommodation in the period of Guangzhou Chinese Export Commodities Fair or F1 Shanghai. Our travel advisors will inform you the price fluctuation during these periods.
